Below is additional information submitted by Connie Marez:
"As a professional body-worker and healer for over 10 years, I have studied all aspects of healing modalities, from anatomy and physiology and massage techniques; to Reiki and chakra balancing and aura cleansing.  I’ve come to the conclusion that the one thing which needs healing the most is our minds.  If our thoughts are truly made manifest, then to have healthy bodies and healthy lives, we need to have a disciplined mind.  This is what ACIM teaches.  To have a disciplined mind means to have our minds and our thoughts reside in that state of peace, joy, happiness, and love. Only there, as that state, is our natural inheritance.  We have forgotten in the busyness of our lives that we do have a choice in how we live our lives.  ACIM speaks of having to make only two choices; between love or fear.  In this unreal/real world that we live in, we are for the most part , programmed to choose fear.  But there is another choice.  We do have within us the ability and innate desire to choose something else, love.  ACIM does not teach the meaning of love for that is not something that can be taught, only experienced.  But what ACIM does aim at doing is removing the obstacles to the presence of love."
